Supersprint Headers
The engineers at Supersprint realize that for maximum performance, exhaust development must begin at the exhaust ports of the cylinder head. This is why Supersprint has the largest variety of racing header systems in the world today. Each header incorporates CNC laser cut port matched flanges. Primary tubes are mandrel bent using the latest CNC tube bending equipment. With special tooling Supersprint has been able to keep weld joints to a minimum for added reliability. The fully appointed R&D department uses the latest in proto typing equipment along with the reliability and accuracy of a MAHA "all wheel drive" chassis dyno. With over 50 years in performance exhaust development they have earned the confidence of many of Europe's most respected tuners. Most units are 100% stainless steel.

Turner Motorsport Headers
Doing an M50/S50 engine conversion in a 1984-1991 E30 3 Series? Then you'll probably want these. These "shorty" style headers are specifically designed to fit the tight clearance issues of an E30 with an M50-family 24v engine swap. This set fits M50/S50 and M52/S52 WITHOUT an air pump. A TMS developed part, these "shorty style" performance Headers are 100% stainless steel and 2-stage ceramic coated and were CAD designed to be equal length and flow with equal pressure. Bolt these on to your M50 converted E30 3 series for a instant 12lb ft torque and a 9 HP increase (more on modified engines.) These headers were designed to increase mid range power. Stainless steel construction retains heat much better than the competitor's mild steel construction, resulting in increased exhaust velocity. If you want the best shorty header on the market, this is the one. Best of all, these are purpose made specifically for E30's with the M50 / S50 engine conversion.
MSDS Header Systems
Are you looking for a great way to boost the power of your E30? We here at Pelican are pleased to now carry MSDS Header systems for your E30. Why headers? The key to making power in any engine is to make intake and exhaust gases flow quickly and efficiently. The stock exhaust manifolds on the E30 do a good enough job of allowing the exhaust gases to escape the head, however to truly optimize the flow, headers are the only solution. These headers from MSDS are constructed using 16 gauge cold-rolled, mandrel bent steel, and welded on custom jig assemblies assuring a perfect fit. The headers come from MSDS in mild steel, requiring you to paint them to prevent corrosion, or you can opt for MSDS' ceramic coating procedure which assures they will last a lifetime. Installation requires you to cut the existing exhaust downpipes ahead of the catalytic converter, press in the new downpipes, then weld them in place. Some re-calibration of the air-fuel mixture may be required as well. It is highly recommended that you check the CO% of the exhaust gases after installation. It is also highly recommended that you install a free flow muffler at the same time to truly optimize the exhaust flow. Additional benefits can be realized with the installation of a high-flow cone intake and a performance chip as well. NOTE: Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Ceramic coating will take an additional 2 weeks.
