Not sure about this cap!?
Put it on. Very hard to turn. Thought cross thread. Removed-nope! Reinstalled. Tightened down. Drove car until up to temp. Found water by-passing past gasket. Cooled off. Reinstalled old Blau cap. Drove to temp. No problems! Maybe not tight enough? Internals of Porsche cap and Blau cap both have Blau mark and part number!!??
Followup from the Pelican Staff:   You may have received a defective cap. We apologize for the trouble. Our customer service department will contact you to take care of the problem.

Work Just great
If your Boxter or Cayman is more than 4 years old or more 36K change it , they are prone to fail and it will dump your coolant and the car will over heat and you will be scare the hell out of you .

Yep, a faulty radiator cap was causing the sporadic hemorrhaging of my 2000 Boxster S.

Not too sealing
I kept losing fluid past the radiator cap and replaced it; however, I'm still losing fluid so I'm replacing it again. We'll see if the second one is the charm. Everything else in the system seems fine.

Perfect Fit
Perfect Fit, but still loosing Coolant about 1.5Ltr after a hard 300km drive. Now checking the rest of the cooling system for leaks. :(
