MOTOR: '77 Turbo 3.0 shuffle pinned and boat-tailed case built with 2.7 crank, 10.3:1 98mm Mahle p/c set, 906 cams, heads ported to 38mm, RS MFI pump by Pacific Injection, magnesium velocity stacks, Raceware head studs and rod bolts, AASE valve springs and titanium retainers, single plug with Permatune coil-less ignition, pressure fed tensioners, SSI exchangers feeding a modified 2 in - 2 out Dansk SS muffler.
OIL COOLING: B&B fender mounted cooler with Aeroquip 12 hose and custom built oil console machined for factory thermostat (car originally had no oil cooler).
TRANSMISSION: Magnesium case 915 with 7:31 r/p and stock gearset except 29:21 5th gear and billet bearing cage.
SUSPENSION: Aluminum trailing arms, Neatrix bushings at the rear and Weltmeister poly graphite street compund bushings on the front, factory adjustable spring plates, 21/27 torsion bar set-up, 22mm f/r Weltmeister sway bars, Turbo tie rods, strut brace and Koni sports at all corners.
BRAKES: S front brakes on cross drilled rotors and M rear brakes on cross drilled rotors, SS brake lines.
WHEELS/TIRES: 16x6 Fuchs by Wheel Enhancement shod with SO3 205/50ZR16 tires at all corners.
DYNO: Motor makes about 260rwhp at 7000 rpms with modified 2 in - 2 out muffler. |
