Fuel Pumps |
| Having trouble with your fuel pump? First, Check that the fuel pump relay is not defective, If the relay is good, use a voltmeter to check that you are getting power to the pump, If you are not getting power, the next step is to try replacing it with a new one. |

Fuel Filters |
| Keep your injection system clean by changing your fuel filter every 6000 miles. When fuel filters get clogged, they can cause all sorts of problems, including clogged injectors, and contaminated fuel lines. Many times changing a fuel filter can make an old car run like new. |

Crankcase Vent Check Valve |
| A clogged or stuck check valve will certainly cause drivability and idling problems. Replace that old, gummed up one with a new OEM part to restore the performance back to you motor. |

Fuel Pressure Regulators |
| Make sure that your fuel injection system is running properly and at the correct fuel pressure. Changes in the fuel pressure can affect the power and performance of the engine and can be potentially dangerous. Most pressure regulators are quite simple in design, A small valve inside of the regulator allows fuel pressure to build up to the amount needed for the fuel injection system to work properly. If too much pressure is in the line, the valve automatically opens and bleeds off the increased pressure, thus keeping your fuel pressure within operating tolerances. If the unit goes bad, It can cause the pressure in the fuel lines to increase or decrease, possibly causing a dangerous situation. |

| Fuel Pressure Regulator Upgrades |
| The OEM fuel pressure regulator is 3.8 Bar (55.86psi). This is the amount of fuel pressure that is maintained in the fuel rail. In high power applications, when the boost pressure and power is increased, a drop in fuel pressure can occur causing a lean condition with the OEM 3.8 Bar regulator. The fixed 5 Bar Bosch regulator will keep 5.0 Bar (73.5psi) of fuel pressure in the fuel rail to eliminate loss in rail pressure while under full acceleration. |

| The 1:1 Rising Rate regulator has a fixed rate of 3.8 Bar (55.86psi) and will rise 1 psi of fuel pressure for every 1 psi of boost pressure up to 5 Bar. For example: at 15psi of boost, the fuel rail pressure will be maintained at 70.86psi. This is a more precise fuel pressure regulator that "tunes" itself for the varying boost pressures. |
