Timing Belts |
| A very essential part of the engine, the timing belt should be replaced every 60,000 miles, we suggest that the belt is changed around 45,000 miles. Failure to do so may result in catastrophic engine failure as the valves hit the top of the pistons. We also suggest you change the water pump. Due to the increased pressure from the newly tensioned belt, old water pumps can leak and fail. |
