| Hargett Precision Pro Shifter |
The geometries incorporated into the design of the Pro shifter mated with the improved shifter positioning makes for an unbeatable experience. The narrow 3" wide profile fits neatly between the seats. The mounting brackets (included) mount the shifter directly to the existing e-brake bolt holes (3-bolt style) found in the pre-964 series 911's.
The mounting of the shifter greatly improves the "knob" position for the driver. Instead of leaning forward to shift, just drop your hand off the steering wheel and its right there. A much more tight and precise throw can be keenly felt by the driver.
One of the unique design aspects of our shifter is a sprung loaded 3rd/4th gear plane. This aspect improves the driving experience like no other. If you've driven a car with a G50 then you know how this function enhances the driving and shifting feel. The Pro shifter is "the one" to have bar none.
NOTE: The Linkage kit (sold separately) comes complete with pre-machined precision u-joints, set screws, and a 1/2" 4130 shaft. Includes all hardware required to connect the Pro shifter directly to your transmission. Typically no cutting or modification is needed but individual circumstances may vary. |

Rennline Shift Knobs |
| Unlike most shift knobs on the market, Rennlines are far from universal. Universal usually means that it will nearly fit some applications and will not fit the rest. All Rennline shift knobs are CNC machined to fit specific applications, eliminating the concern of missing a gear due to loose or detached shift knob. There is no need to cut, drill, or modify your factory shift lever to install. All of our shift knobs are the ergonomically correct 1.875 diameter and have rubber trim rings installed at the base. Available in Silver and black finishes, for cars with or without integrated shift boots. |
