The 901/915 and 930 transmissions used a large 17mm hex key nut as both the filler and the drain plug for the transmission. You need this tool to easily drain and refill your transmission oil. Fits the 912E, 911 (1974-86) and the 911 Turbo (1976-/88). The tool is designed to fit on a 1/2 or 3/8 inch socket wrench, and can be used for a variety of other reasons too. Note: WILL NOT FIT the 911 (1987-89), 911 Turbo (1989) with the G-50 transmission.
