Fine tune your suspension with these Fully Adjustable Hollow Sway Bars! Tarett Engineering designs and manufactures all their components to the highest quality standards, resulting in the finest and most reliable swaybar on the market.- The light-weight hollow sway bars are half the weight of a 22mm solid bar with the same stiffness. They are fabricated from aircraft-quality 4130 chrome moly alloy steel and heat treated to maximize strength and reliability.
- Bearing blocks, drop links, and swaybar arms are CNC machined from aircraft-quality 6061-T6 aluminum for its high strength/weight ratio.
- Fully adjustable front and rear drop links to eliminate suspension preload.
- Oversized, precision Teflon-lined rod-ends for long life, smooth operation, and high-reliability.
- All necessary hardware is provided in metric class 8.8
- The adjustable drop-link arm connection design provides an infinitely adjustable swaybar stiffness rate and makes it quick and easy to fine-tune your car's handling for various track conditions and driving styles.

Sway Bar Bushings & Brackets |
Perhaps the best thing that you can do to help an aging suspension is to replace old, brittle bushings with new high-tech, space-age, low-fat, super-duper ones. The newer bushings are made from better materials and will not wear out as easily as 25+ year old rubber ones. Check your car prior to ordering - it is common to find upgraded and non-stock sway bars on older Porsches. While you're in there, replace older sway bar brackets and fasteners that may be missing or damaged.
If you are experiencing strange rattles from your rear suspension or bizarre handling characteristics, then you may have a broken rear sway bar bracket. Porsche improved the design of the stock bracket and superceded it to fit all earlier 911s as well. The new bracket has a type of 'butterfly brace' that strengthens its structure. If you find that your bracket is broken, then replace it with this later-style bracket. Also check the other side of your sway bar. | Buckley Racing Front Sway Bar Reinforcement |
| Modern developments in 911 based race car construction lean toward stiffer and stiffer sway bars. Although midyear and later 911’s use front sway bars that mount under the chassis, the new bars are through the chassis designs. This places loads on the chassis in a location or amount that the chassis was not designed to handle. The result can be cracks around the sway bar mounting area of the chassis. These specially designed reinforcement plates will help keep that area strong and crack free. The plates can be used without welding on a chassis that has not yet cracked. They will require welding if the chassis has already cracked. |
