Fine tune your suspension with these Fully Adjustable Hollow Sway Bars! Tarett Engineering designs and manufactures all their components to the highest quality standards, resulting in the finest and most reliable swaybar on the market.- The light-weight hollow sway bars are half the weight of a 22mm solid bar with the same stiffness. They are fabricated from aircraft-quality 4130 chrome moly alloy steel and heat treated to maximize strength and reliability.
- Bearing blocks, drop links, and swaybar arms are CNC machined from aircraft-quality 6061-T6 aluminum for its high strength/weight ratio.
- Fully adjustable front and rear drop links to eliminate suspension preload.
- Oversized, precision Teflon-lined rod-ends for long life, smooth operation, and high-reliability.
- All necessary hardware is provided in metric class 8.8
- The adjustable drop-link arm connection design provides an infinitely adjustable swaybar stiffness rate and makes it quick and easy to fine-tune your car's handling for various track conditions and driving styles.
- Thermoplastic bushings impregnated with Teflon and reinforced with Kevlar provide smooth operation, long life, and high resistance to deflecting under heavy loading.

| Building a vintage racer? This is the perfect swaybar for your replica 911RSR, RS, ST, or any vintage racer. The test run is finished, and we are just starting production on our new RSR replica swaybars. They are the perfect combination of a vintage RSR looking design, combined with all the proven modern technology of our standard 911 swaybars. The arms are copies of the real RSR arms, but redesigned to fit onto our light weight hollow 4130 chrome moly 22mm swaybar. We've even managed to design in additional adjustability over the original RSR design. The front and rear drop links are also similar looking to the real RSR design, except with larger and more robust Teflon lined rod ends. All the aluminum parts are made from 6061-T6 aluminum, and are hard anodized gray in color, for corrosion resistance and a more period correct look. |

Powerflex Polyurethane Suspension Bushings  |
| Pelican is pleased to now offer Powerflex polyurethane suspension bushings for your 911. These bushings are a great alternative to factory rubber bushings which are more prone to wear, resulting in poor tracking and handling. What are the benefits to using polyurethane over rubber? Prolonged tire life, improved performance, better handling and are more cost-effective than OEM bushings. Suspension bushings are some of the most highly stressed components fitted to a motor car. They undergo enormous strains and in the most arduous of conditions with no maintenance or lubrication. The material they are manufactured from is a rubber compound containing natural products which deteriorate with age. It becomes softer and more pliable, resisting the forces placed on it less and less. Therefore allowing more and more movement of suspension components and offering less and less control over the suspension geometry. This in turn causes accelerated tire wear, braking instability and poor handling. This is the single biggest reason you can instantly tell the difference driving a three year old car compared to a showroom new one. However even new cars will benefit from Powerflex bushings because of their superior design they offer much more effective control of the suspension components to a much greater extent than normal rubber items. With the technological advances in this material it has been possible to overcome the common problem associated with harder bushings which is increased noise. By correctly engineering the polyurethane compound, bushings can be made 25-30% stiffer than new rubber items but with exactly the same noise absorbing properties. Powerflex bushings make sense. |
