| Hollow Torsion Bars |
| These Sway-A-Way torsion bars are hollow inside! They're 25-30% lighter in the front, 35-40% lighter in the rear. That pays off in reduced mass and weight in the suspension and better ride and handling for you. Additionally, the reduced mass of the bar allows better heat-treating so you can be assured that your 250 lb.-rate bar will still be 250 lb. ten years from now. Sway-A-Way starts with hollow bars from the mill, so there is no danger of stress cracks from boring the bars. Actual diameter shown in parentheses. Sold in pairs. |
