Brey-Krause B-Pillar Brace System |
Brey-Krauses B-Pillar Brace System adds support to the structural integrity of 74-98 Porsche 911 Coupes. Through innovative engineering, this unit adds structural support and body rigidity to counteract stresses incurred on the track. The discreet design allows drivers to leave the unit in the car when driving on the street.
The product was designed to work in conjunction with another piece of track-ready equipment offered by Brey-Krause, the Harness Mount Truss. This item allows drivers to mount their harnesses directly to the bar. The B-Pillar Brace must be installed with the Harness Mount Truss in order to maximize its strengthening capabilities. The B-Pillar Brace will work with Harness Mount Trusses already installed in the field.

In response to the many requests from Porsche drivers looking for a harness guide bar that would not only guide their driving harnesses, but also allow them to mount their harnesses directly to the bar, we developed the "Harness Truss". The Harness Truss has been tested and certified to handle the types of forces required by the National Highway Traffic Safety Admin. DOT and SAE J385 Rev.MAR 95, Motor Vehicle Seat Belt Anchorages-Performance Requirements. It's strong, yet it weighs only a fraction of what a support of the same strength made from tubular or bar steel would weigh. The Harness Truss is precision water-jet machined for a perfect fit into Porsche factory mounting points. This type of machining is accurate and does not create heat effected areas in the metal which can alter tensile strength.
Strength requirements for harness mounts are considerably greater than those for harness guide bars since they must support the entire load applied to the belts. A mount really can't be relied on unless it has been tested to support the loads required by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.

Targa Body Brace |
| Tighten up your 911 Targa with these diagonally mounted strut style braces. The polished Aluminum bars mount using the seat belt bolts in the lower side sills and the B-pillar. By tying the two sections together the body will be much stiffer and quieter. The air foil shaped bars look good and do not interfere with the seat belt operation.
