Targa Body Brace |
| Tighten up your 911 Targa with these diagonally mounted strut style braces. The polished Aluminum bars mount using the seat belt bolts in the lower side sills and the B-pillar. By tying the two sections together the body will be much stiffer and quieter. The air foil shaped bars look good and do not interfere with the seat belt operation. Its easy to install and remove, these bars will give you a quieter ride then you have ever known in your Targa and add a more positive feel to the steering and brake response. |

These little gems will hold your camber settings lap after lap. If you want to be fast, your suspension pickup points must be rigid to hold suspension geometry in check even under the heaviest corner loads. Pivots points need to be friction free. Heavy corner loads generated by todays stickier tire compounds easily compress and distort rubber bushings making it impossible to hold suspension settings. Camber, caster and toe flop around along with the bushings.
Elephant Racing monoball cartridges replace the compliant upper strut and rear trailing arm rubber bushings with hardened-steel precision spherical bearings. Since they cant compress, these monoballs hold suspension settings under the heaviest corner loads. Driver feedback becomes precise and positive.
- Precision hardened-steel spherical bearings
- Proprietary Weather Seal to prevent corrosion/contamination
- Eliminates rubber bushing compression
- Maintains alignment settings through turns
- Improves feel and driver feedback
The cartridges are pre-assembled and install easily into factory camber plates using hand tools (can even be secured with a safety wire). Rear monoballs slide right into factory trailing arms. The proprietary weather seal design ensures years of trouble free service.
Combine with Elephant Racings triangulated strut brace to achieve a rigid front suspension geometry that maintains settings under extreme braking and cornering loads.
Rear Monoball cartridges are now available in weather-sealed (for ultimate longevity) or unsealed versions. The rebuild kits can be used for any Elephant Racing rear monoball cartridge. |

| Rennline Sealed Monoballs |
The Porsche 911 came equipped from the factory for high performance cornering -- but some things have changed in the 40+ years the 911 has been on the road. For one, the rubber suspension bushings that monoballs replace are most likely already worn out or cracked from decades of use.
Why not replace them with stock rubber bushings? Most 911 owners today, especially those of us who take our cars to the track, have equipped our Porsches with tires much wider and stickier than stock, which allows higher g-forces to be achieved in cornering and braking. During that type of hard driving, rubber suspension bushings are compressed and flexed by the extreme loads being put on them, defeating your car's finely tuned alignment settings, thereby reducing your braking and cornering potential. Monoballs are a downside-free improvement; because they eliminate four important sources of suspension slop without making your car's ride harsher. Your Porsche will handle and brake with greater precision, predictability, and feedback to the driver.
Rennline's front monoballs are a custom, high-quality design that can be used as a stand-alone upgrade or with Rennline's lightweight strut braces, which are specially designed to work in conjunction with Rennline's monoballs. Both the Rennline one-piece and triangulated strut braces bolt directly to the tops of the front monoballs, locking unprecedented rigidity into your car's front suspension. Rennline monoballs are cadmium-plated and come with specialized tools and detailed instructions to allow a simple and quick installation (other brands require large socket and wrench sizes to torque the front monoballs, requiring additional tool purchases). Each monoball bearing is also sealed on both sides with rubber gaskets to prevent premature wear due to moisture or dirt contamination, ensuring long track or street life for your monoballs.
NOTE: All front monoball kits come with all special tools required for an easy installation. |

| QuickChange Camber Plates |
These bolt-in QuickChange Camber Plates allow easy camber adjustment, independent of caster. Loosening the large center nut allows camber to be changed quickly. Built-in indices allow accurate positioning without using a camber gauge. The included safety clip prevents the nut from coming off in the event it is not properly torqued. The included monoball is oversized for long life and provides free, non-binding movement while precisely positioning the strut top. You can also easily maintain separate street and track camber settings, or quickly make track-side adjustments based on tire temperature.- +/- 1.25 degrees added range
- Adjust camber independent of caster
- Make track-side camber changes
- Adjust without a gauge
- Completely bolt on
NOTE: Koni and Boge strut inserts must use the Koni/Boge insert adapter (sold separately). QuickChange Camber Plates fit late-style Bilstein inserts without adapters, but early-style Bilstein inserts are NOT compatible with this product. For more information, download the QuickChange Camber Plate installation instructions here. |

| Tarett Engineering Camber Plates |
| Replace the compliant factory rubber bushing with Tarett's precision Teflon-lined spherical bearing. The spherical-shaped housing is CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum billet, providing high strength, light weight, and a perfect match to the factory mounting surface. The increased front suspension rigidity translates to quicker steering response and better handling. The front wheel camber changes are reduced during hard cornering -- maintaining optimum tire contact for improved traction. Camber adjustment is maximized due to the offset mounting holes, the narrower housing, and smaller bearing boss. Easily bolts on with no drilling or welding required. Fully compatible with coil-over or torsion bar front suspensions. |

| Weltmeister Camber Plates |
Get a dramatic increase in steering and suspension feedback, quicker turn in and precise cornering. Weltmeister's CamberPlates replace soft top strut rubber bushings with precision spherical bearings. Moreover, the lightweight aluminum CamberPlates are machined with two sets of mounting holes, providing you with a wide range of camber possibilities. You can get up to 1 to 1 1/2 degrees more negative camber, so you can take full advantage of the latest super-sticky race and street tires. Bolt-in installation requires no body modifications. Fits all 911, 911 Turbo, 912 1969-89; and all 914. Fits all Bilstein and Koni shocks except 911 Race Konis 1149. Installation requires front suspension realignment. 911 Owners: Step up to improved tire grip and quicker cornering with our optional strut cross-brace kit. (CamberPlates do not work with the standard Weltmeister Cambermeister strut brace [CM-1000]). The cross-brace kit is easy to bolt in and can be added later in 30 minutes or less. This combination provides ultimate strut tower strength for improved turn in and maximum tire grip. Manufacturer: Weltmeister |
