These Beautiful Stainless Steel Header and Muffler kits are a direct bolt on replacement for your Porsche.
All of GHLs Porsche Headers and Mufflers are built using only the highest quality American Made T-304 & T-321 stainless steel. All tubes are precision mandrel bent and everything is hand TIG welded by skilled craftsmen. Factory mounting locations are used wherever possible to insure a quality fit every time. All GHL Header Systems and Mufflers come with a Lifetime Warranty on Workmanship and Materials.
A GHL Porsche Header System will add a substantial performance gain that you can feel and are designed as a direct bolt-on replacement for the factory exhaust system. NO OIL LINE CHANGE IS REQUIRED OR NECESSARY with the 911 Carrera and C2/4 Header Kits.
GHL is also the first to offer a Porsche Header system that incorporates catalytic converters and all single outlet Header Mufflers use their Patented Non-Resonance Technology. All 911 and 930 Headers come standard with stainless steel heat exchangers. Non-heat Headers are available.
GHLs Header & Muffler Kit was designed from the ground up as a true performance part for the Porsche 3.0 1978 to 1983 911SC and 3.2 liter 1984 to 1989 911 Carrera. The complete Header system with a single outlet muffler will add over 12 horsepower to the rear tires of your 3.0 or 3.2 Porsche. The improvement in torque at all RPM levels and the great performance sound quality of their muffler really adds to the enjoyment of owning and driving a Porsche.
The addition of a GHL Motorsports Porsche header/muffler system will provide a deeper, throatier performance sound without the uncomfortable resonation associated with some other brands of aftermarket mufflers. Throttle response and overall performance will be noticeably improved and our polished round tip add a great look.

The only aftermarket header system currently available for 911 Porsches that incorporates catalytic converters and C.A.R.B. approved 50 states legal.

911 RSR style headers equal length 1 piece C.N.C. mandrel bent primary tubes 26.5 with F1 NASCAR style high velocity merge collectors. MAXFLO headers also come with a dual inlet dual outlet muffler system. NOT available single outlet. System also comes with RSR muffler bypass pipes/ race straight pipe outlets so you can run open headers. 100% T304 stainless steel that is ULTRA strong and Maxflo for maximum power and throttle response. | Fabspeed 930 Performance Package |
This performance package includes our sport headers with heat, dual outlet Maxflo mufflers, and cold air intake system. All Fabspeed products included in this package are direct replacements for OEM which restrict performance and are prone to fail.
T304 stainless steel, 14-16 gauge C.N.C. mandrel bent high velocity IndyCar/Formula 1 merge collectors for optimum flow to the headers for quicker turbo spool. This system will include a drip accumulator with double swivels and Aeroquip lines with adapters and a graphite steel layered gasket for the drip accumulator. 7/8 custom braided oil lines with correct 30mm radius Porsche style ball end will be included to replace the stock oil lines. Dual outlet Maxflo muffler with 3.0/76.5mm tubing for less restrictions and turbo lag. System comes with deluxe 4.5 oval tips. Stainless steel mounting brackets and new mounting straps included. Cold air intake sold exclusively by Fabspeed Motorsports. Manufactured under license by BMC Italy. Complies with factory warranty and emissions.
