| The Jacobs Electronics Energy Coil is an excellent replacement for many early domestic and import OEM coils. NOTE: This coil may not be a suitable replacement for the Factory Bosch Coil with either the Factory Bosch or Perma-Tune C/D Units. It is compatible with Jacobs Electronics Mileage Master and other inductive ignition systems. NOTE: It is not recommended for use with capacitive discharge type ignition systems, Platinum, Silver, Multi-Ground Electrode or U-Groove Type Spark Plugs. The Energy Coil is constructed out of chrome plated steel and is oil filled for better internal heat dissipation (less than one degree temperature rise per 10 watts). The coil is completely sealed and can operate in any position. It is extremely rugged, and can sustain up to 23 G shocks. The Energy Coil delivers instantaneous spark power up to 850 watts.
