Old, worn out original brake hoses are not only bad for performance, but are outright dangerous. Replace your worn out factory original hoses with high quality ATE OEM replacement hoses. Old rubber brake hoses can look fine on the outside, but actually be clogged on the inside, leading to a situation where your caliper may not release properly when the pedal is released. Also common is bubbling and bursting of brake hoses after many years of service.

Hard Brake Lines |
| Unfortunately, sometimes when performing repairs on your Porsche, you can accidentally damage one or more of the hard brake lines within the braking system. These lines can become so corroded over the years that they simply break and snap when you try to remove them. In most cases, replacement is relatively easy (except for the center tunnel line - ask Wayne about this one). The hardest part is often finding and sourcing the lines. Please note that some of these lines are special order, and may need to be shipped in from Germany. |
