JB Racing Twin-Plug Distributors |
JB Racing's 12-Pin, Twin-Plug Distributors for Porsche 911 based engines are offered in two configurations. One contains INTERNAL ignition triggering with an adjustable (+28 degrees) advance curve while the other is designed specifically for CRANK-TRIGGERED ignition systems. All distributor housings are single-piece; CNC machined from billet aluminum and incorporate ball bearings, bronze bushings and internal shaft seals. These distributors are available in both small (27mm shaft) and large (30mm shaft) diameter housings for use in early and late model engine cases.
NOTE: Internally triggered distributors contain a user adjustable advance curve - 0 to +28 crankshaft degrees.
Distributors for externally triggered ignition systems require Pick-Up Sensor & Harness (#JBR-153-101) and Crankshaft Trigger Wheel (#JBR-153-100) to complete the installation. |
