Oil Return Tubes  |
These oil return tubes often return oil to the ground instead of your engine case. The tubes often get damaged underneath the car and begin to leak after years of service. Replacement is a relatively easy process. For more information, please see our Pelican Technical Article, Replacing your 911 Oil Return Tubes. Use new oil return tubes and seals on your new motor for the prevention of future oil leaks.
The aluminum versions are made in America, and are machined from aircraft aluminum bar stock in just two pieces - no glued or pressed-on ends like other brands that may be prone to leaking. |

Oil Pumps |
| Worried about keeping your engine cool? Replace your oil pump with a later-style Carrera oil pump, and improve circulation within your engine. When rebuilding your engine, if you need a new pump, you need to replace it with the Carrera pump, as the earlier ones are no longer available. The upgrade also requires a new oil sump plate, upgraded relief pistons and springs, and the engine case needs to have its oil galleys machined. When rebuilding your engine, replace your older pump with a Carrera pump, and use our Carrera Oil Pump Update Kit to install it. Update kit comes with new pressure relief springs and pistons, updated oil sump plate, and mounting hardware. |

| The original Porsche sump plate on your 2.0, 2.2, 2.4, 2.7, 3.0, 3.3 is currently No Longer Available (NLA) through PCNA, and the updated sump plate replacement currently has No Drain Plug Provision. Don't you hate having to remove the entire sump plate every time you change your oil? You no longer have to! These oil sump plates are manufactured using the latest CNC milling machines from solid 6061 aluminum billet. This precision machining process gives these sump plates extra strength and rigidity to help prevent oil leaks. The additional surface area gained with the unique fin design also helps to keep your engine oil cooler. Please check your vehicle first to make sure you still have an original factory oil strainer for this kit to fit. Kit includes new gaskets, magnetic drain plug with sealing ring, studs and lock nuts. |
