Transmission Ground Straps |
| A whole lot of electrical failures can be traced back to a faulty or missing transmission ground strap. If yours is missing, then you will have problems starting, and may have other fuel injection problems as well. Replace your old one if it's worn out, or if you're doing some work on your transmission. |

Relays |
| Relays are a very common source of failure in the 911. There are several different relays used on the 911. All are subject to failure after many years of service. Before suspecting your wiring or your components, be sure to check your relays. It is wise to have at least some spares on hand so that you can check proper operation of the ones that are installed in your car. |
