Introducing the XPS line of brake pads from BHP – a true dual-use performance pad applicable for either street or track usage. The practicality of these pads is due to the advanced XPS composite that provides for a high initial bite and maintains a near linear torque curve. Cold and elevated operating temperature performance is only within a 5% range, giving a predictable pedal feel and consistent stopping distances. See the test results for yourself!

The proprietary XPS formulation is a high friction composite with relatively low metallic content. This results in a lower thermal conductivity, which in turn, minimizes overheating of the brake fluid. The XPS formulation is also less destructive to brake discs in severe use, and is more tolerant to cross-drilling of discs than semi-metallic pads.

Brake noise is minimized with an anti-noise shim made from an advanced composite. These composite shims have proven to be the most effective shims available in dampening high frequency vibrations associated with brake squeal. The pads are finished with a Dupont silicone powder-coat that accommodates temperatures of up to 800 °F without degradation. Not only does this preserve its finished appearance, but also prevents corrosion of the backing plates throughout the whole life of the pad.

NOTE: It is recommended that these pads should be used with either freshly turned or brand new brake rotors to minimize the possibility of brake noise.

The Pagid Orange RS 4-4 compound has a very good fade resistance and a higher average friction value than the RS 4-2 (Blue). It is rotor friendly with predictable, non-aggressive friction behavior (stable torque). Fading resistance up to 560°C (1.050°F). It is a very good rear compound for Touring Car applications in combination with RS 14 front pads. Its main application is Porsche 911 racing. It is used on either Short Track or Long Distance; also for front and rear axles. It is also used on BMW Showroom Stock, all other Touring-Cars and Single-Seater up to F3.

Brakes rotors getting too thin to stop quickly? Do you fear running over small animals or children? We offer only the highest quality OEM brake rotors for replacement onto your car. Over the life of your brake rotor, the heating and cooling has a tendency to 'work harden' the metal. Replacing a rotor only on one side can result in uneven and potentially dangerous braking. For these reasons, you should always replace rotors in pairs. Note that the brake rotors should be replaced according to the following table:
