Late-Model 911 Brake Caliper Piston 
Reference Chart

     Starting with the 964 model 911s, each of the 4 brake calipers had 4 pistons.  Use the chart below to help determine the appropriate piston diameters on the calipers for your late-model 911, then select the proper piston seal kits to match.  2 of each seal kit are required per caliper.

NOTE: These charts are provided for reference only.  We highly recommend that you verify the correct piston size used on your vehicle prior to ordering any parts.

NOTE
: The seal kits used for these liquid-cooled models are not backwards compatible for use on the calipers of earlier air-cooled models.  Beginning with the Boxster and 996, a single piston seal repair kit covers both (two) opposing pistons.  Therefore, these models generally require 1 of each seal kit per caliper.
