Ohlins Road and Track Coilover Kits

Öhlins engineers say, "The ground gives better traction than air," so every Öhlins design has one clear goal: to maximize traction, cornering speed, and control! That is how you win races. Kenth Öhlin made a clear decision many years ago, that he would never give any product away free to teams in sponsorship. Not one thing. So, every team that you see winning on Öhlins is doing so through choice, not obligation. The fact that so many teams choose to decline free product to pay for Öhlins perhaps tells you what you need to know about the quality and ability of their suspension products.

The Öhlins dual-flow valve gives the same characteristics on rebound as it does on compression, thanks to the damper fluid having a consistent path of flow in both directions. This means that the wheel and tire can quickly and effectively resume their important position back on the ground, providing grip and traction. The new Öhlins R&T range uses DFV technology on every single fitment, making it the perfect upgrade for the enthusiast that needs comfort and agility in one unit. Because DFV opens more quickly and easily on minor road imperfections, ride comfort is surprisingly supple and more akin to an OEM strut than a coilover set-up. Over undulating surfaces, the compliancy of the R&T units allows the car to crest bumps and pot-holes, while remaining stable and in control. Traction is always maintained at its optimum level. When comparing suspension, why settle for second best?

Dampers get hot. As the piston moves within the damper, it generates friction - and therefore, heat. Although you can't stop heat, you can deal with it, and this is yet another way that Öhlins differs from the competition. As the heat increases, the viscosity of the damper fluid can change, altering the car's handling characteristics. Their unique needle bleed valve expands with temperature, closing the gap that the fluid travels through, maintaining a consistent damping rate. The part is that you won't even notice! All you'll feel is that the car responds consistently, lap after lap, turn after turn, allowing you to concentrate on braking points and apexes while the Öhlins technology takes care of the damping.

The damping rate on the R&T units is fully adjustable and ties compression and rebound together as a matched setting, meaning that in 99 percent of cases, the units will work superbly, straight 'out of the box' with only the smallest adjustments required to suit the car or drivers individual preferences. Despite what other suspension manufacturers may tell you, comfort is king, even when you are trying to set-up a competition machine. Öhlins' vast experience with events like the World Rally Championship and Isle of Man TT races has shown us that the fastest drivers and riders are those that aren't being shaken to bits as they go flat out. The 'science of compliance' is a hugely important part of their design work.

Dinan Performance Spring Set

Suspension systems that not only transform the stance of the vehicle but also maintain ride quality and improve upon handling are what Dinan suspensions are known for. This is accomplished by pairing springs sets with bump stops, spring perches or both to maintain suspension travel resulting in a smooth ride while also improving mechanical grip and handling. This is what makes Dinan suspension systems unique. While we are able to sell each component separately it is highly recommend that both the spring sets and the supplemental ride quality and handling kits are used in tandem in order to maintain the Dinan quality standards their customers are used to. Experience the Dinan difference with this combination and enjoy the ride it provides.
Dinan's Performance Spring set provides greater control over body roll by virtue of carefully calibrated spring rates. The Dinan springs are CNC wound with high tensile chrome silicon wire and shot peened for stress relief to last the life of the car. The increase in stiffness to the springs will reduce the rear suspension compression under acceleration and front suspension compression (or dive) under braking, giving your car a more controlled feel. The Dinan performance springs will also provide a noticeable improvement in grip, for high speed driving situations that will inspire confidence in your car's capabilities. The reduced body roll makes the steering more responsive to driver input.
To fully enjoy Dinan performance spring sets they highly recommend pairing them up with their supplemental ride quality and handling kits. This additional kit includes tuned, progressive rate bump stops that maximize suspension travel on the lowered car for improved handling capabilities and ride quality when compared to just a spring set. By allowing for full compression travel within the spring the possibility of a sudden "bottoming out" is negated, a common unwanted side effect when lowering a vehicle. Bump stops also have the added benefit of optimizing the spring rate rewarding those that use them with added mechanical grip and cornering power. Simply put, the Dinan supplemental ride quality and handling kits amplify performance and comfort when paired with performance spring sets.

H&R TRAK+ Wheel Spacers

When it comes to all-out cornering performance, one rule applies: wider is really, truly better. H&R TRAK+ wheel spacers let you balance the handling and performance of your car to suit your aggressive driving style, and without spending the time, money and trouble of springing for bigger wheels and tires. Most manufacturers leave 20 to 30mm of extra space between the wheels and the fenders, to suit arcane regulations or to leave space for flapping tire chains. These light-alloy spacers push your existing wheels or even your hot, aftermarket alloys out to fill the wheelwells properly, giving you better cornering, better aerodynamics and even better looks.

DR Series (6-40mm Track Widening)
This spacer is fitted between the wheel and hub, using longer wheel bolts (ordered separately). Please check type of bolt head (taper or round and diameter) and shaft length before ordering.

DRA Series (6-60mm Track Widening)
This Spacer is fitted to the hub with special wheel bolts and has new threaded holes for existing wheel bolts.

NOTE: ALL DRA kits come complete with all necessary wheel bolts, studs and nuts to mount the adapter to your original hub. These will be used in connection with the existing parts fitted to the vehicle.

Whiteline Adjustable Sway Bars

Whiteline Sway bars dramatically improve the grip, handling and performance of your vehicle. Cornering loads are spread more evenly across the tires delivering more grip and frankly, that's what it's all about. You also get improved tire wear as your tires stay flatter and more upright. Comfort improves because your car sits flatter through bends meaning less movement inside the vehicle. Adjustable sway bars allow their stiffness to be altered by increasing or reducing the length of the lever arms. This permits the roll stiffness to be tuned for different situations without replacing the entire bar. The stiffer the bar, the more force required to move the left and right wheels relative to each other. This increases the amount of force required to make the body roll.
This Whiteline 27mm fixed position sway bar = more grip = better handling = outright performance - it's the best dollar for dollar handling improvement you can make to your vehicle.

This Whiteline 20mm fixed position sway bar = more grip = better handling = outright performance - it's the best dollar for dollar handling improvement you can make to your vehicle.

Whiteline Sway Bar Accessories

Not many enthusiasts are aware that OE and aftermarket sway bar effectiveness can be hindered by worn or inadequate mounts, and lateral stoppers. Whiteline swaybar accessories are heavy duty and long lasting to ensure the maximum output of the swaybar for improved grip and better handling.
Performance sway bar links utilizing a heavy duty steel ball joint ends that adjust & rotate to any angular combination. Eliminate sway bar preload via the light weight aluminum bodies provide 25mm center to center length adjustment.

Whiteline Chassis Control Bushings

Whiteline Chassis Control Bushings are manufactured with the most technologically advanced materials available. "Synthetic Elastomer" is a material engineered by Whiteline specifically for their bushings. The benefits of this material include: no squeaks or groans, improved performance without ruining your ride, enhanced durability, and a Lifetime Warranty. Whiteline's "Synthetic Elastomer" is also chemical, oil, and weather resistant. If you could give bushings steroids, these would be the end result. For some, it isn't worth the trouble to change out their bushings and risk damaging other components in the process. If this is the case for you, Whiteline has manufactured complete suspension arm kits. Either way you go, you can rest assured you are receiving a quality product from Whiteline.
Not many know but worn suspension bushings have an effect on braking performance. Radius rod bushings in particular tend to absorb most of the loads under braking resulting in severe wear and reduced braking efficiency over time. Replace these worn parts with Whiteline synthetic elastomer bushings that offer long lasting durability for a safer more predictable vehicle.
