| These Sachs clutch discs are OEM replacements for the original ones shipped with your BMW. It is highly recommended that you have your flywheel re-surfaced whenever you replace the clutch disc. Re-surfacing will prevent abnormal wear and chattering of the clutch disc. |

Throw Out Bearings  |
| You should always throw out your old throw-out bearing every time that you replace your clutch disc and pressure plate. This bearing is used to directly disengage the clutch disc from the pressure plate when you step on the clutch. A loud squeak when the clutch pedal is pressed in can indicate that there is a problem with your throw-out bearing. |
