Flex Disc-Guibo Couplings  |
| BMW's have a unique driveshaft mounting system called a Guibo coupling. It is essentially a big rubber disc holding the parts of the driveshaft together. It's not uncommon for the coupling to wear out over time. If you hear a clunking sound from underneath the car as you accelerate, chances are, the coupling may be bad. |

Center Bearings |
| These bearings run on the outside of the driveshaft and as the name implies, they center the driveshaft in relation to the car's chassis, preventing it from freely spinning. A knocking or whining noise while accelerating, along with odd vibrations from under the car are usually an indication that the bearings require replacement. Here at Pelican, we offer the original OEM replacement parts needed to get your driveshaft spinning freely and transmitting power to the wheels instead of transmitting vibrations though the car and shaking the fillings out of your teeth. |

Automatic Transmission Filter Kits |
| You should change your filter every 20,000-30,000 miles in order to assure that your automatic transmission fluid is clean and free of debris. Always check your fluid level, as low fluids can cause catastrophic transmission failure. BMW's sometimes came with different transmissions, to check which model you have, refer to the manufacturers plate on the side of the transmission. Filter kits include new pan gasket and filter. |
