I believe that the gauge ends of the "center console harness" just have shrink-tube-insulated female spade connectors. Sort them out on your own and plug them in. The connections on the back of the stock gauges and the aftermarket gauges appear to be the same, so you should just be able to transfer the wires. I had plugged in my aftermarket oil pressure gauge to the stock wires (well, stock power and ground at least) from the clock with no trouble. Maybe I'm not understanding your question correctly? If you have no VDO shop, you can check out for Palo Alto Speedometer shop. Or look in the yellow pages, probably under Speedometer Repair. I would guess that any reasonable speedo shop should be able to order VDO stuff. (If you don't have a local speedo shop, then you are stuck going mail-order with one.) If you don't like PA Speedo's prices, you can try checking the ads in Excellence or European Car magazine--there is at least one other speedo shop that advertises in one or the other of those. Or see if the Pelican guys will tell you who does their work. Good luck! --DD Dave Darling 74 914 2.0 (decapitated) darling@simlab.arc.nasa.gov "OFF WITH ITS HEADS!"
