Any and all thoughts/suggestions are welcomed. Only real suggestions are: First, check timing and dwell. Then make sure that the spark is good--check by using a spare plug on the end of each of the plug wires. Then pull the spark plugs and look at the colors. White or grey means too lean, black and sooty means too rich. Tan-brown is the "good" range. Then check for vacc leaks, particularly between the carb base and the manifold, and the manifold and head.
