I replaced all of mine with Allen-head (internal hex-head) screws. Regular bolts would be a problem in some areas, because there isn't room for a wrench or a socket. The Allen screws have worked OK for me, but they don't seem to hold on as well as the stock screws. I'm adding lockwashers to all of them this time--I got tired of checking for missing screws every oil change... Oh, and for the original screws--the biggest flathead screwdriver that Sears sells is the appropriate size. I had a number of them that just would not budge, and managed to mangle one or two trying to make them budge. I got that Monster Driver from Sears and had NO problems with any of them after that. The right tool for the job! --DD Dave Darling 74 914 2.0 (decapitated) darling@simlab.arc.nasa.gov "OFF WITH ITS HEADS!"
