But you'll find that they really do make a difference--someone on the 914 Club's Forum said the difference was "night and day". In general, a front sway-bar is enough. A stock-sized rear bar on a car that has stock suspension (and stock front bar) and hard-compound street tires is a bit of a wash. Most people don't bother, I liked the way my car felt with the rear bar on. The 19mm front bar is probably about right for a car with up to 100#/in rear springs. It is definitely not enough (IMHO) on a car with 140#/in springs. I'm looking to upgrade to the 22mm.
