Any >ideas??? Ron First, a stupid question. Are you *sure* you got all the screws? This sounds like one of the ones in the leading edge is still in there. After that, you'll have to start checking on exactly where it is binding. It's a long piece, so you should be able to flex it enough to tell if it is binding in one particular spot. I can't think offhand of what it would catch on after 3/4". The things like the top latches would be pretty close to immediately. But have you checked those, on the top and bottom side of the bar?
