If I buy the Haynes book do I need the regular user manual (i.e. is >it helpful in addition or will the general be covered in the haynes book >too? They overlap some. The owner's manual is a small book that has stuff like "how to drive your 914", service schedules, and a couple of things for maintenance. It also has a couple of neat tables (at least my 74's does), showing power, torque, and fuel consumption curves. Haynes is more of a fix-it book. Not great, but about the best you can get for < $300 (factory). The Lash Int'l book is also recommended by some. >Will order blank keys, interior right door handle, and haynes book tomorrow. >If anything to say, please do! And thanks for the help so far!
