I live in San Diegd CA Hi Billy, You may not be getting good contact at the relay. Make sure that the relay socket is nice and clean--squirt some WD40 into each socket hole, and scrub the hole clean with a toothbrush. Then look at the pins on the relay--notice how each one has a little X cut in it? You can spread that X just a little with a knife blade to make sure the pin is a good fit it its socket.
