Art Page

The story behind this page is that I saw a similar statue somewhere many years ago and have been looking for a similar one ever since. It's been a sort of obsession in the back of my mind. So somehow it came up between my girlfriend Rachel and I and so I described it to her. She was taking an art class and they were going to make clay creations. She talked to her teacher and the teacher gave the approval. Some weeks later Rachel surprised me with the statue you see below. I don't think that the pictures do Althea, (the statue), justice but unless you see it at an art show the pictures are all I can offer.

It's not very big, only standing about 5 inches tall. Rachel did a very nice job.

Chico Rainbow

These were taken at my old apartment in Chico and they were taken with a camcorder so they aren't very good. But if you look closely you can see a second rainbow in both pictures.

Posters

These are actual posters I have in my room. I like the style, I like that they are unusual. Artists (print) in order left to right: M.C. Escher (Waterfall), M.C. Escher (Castle of Illusion), Salvador Dali (Gala and the Tigers), John Stephans (Genesis).

This is a poster I wouldn't mind having.

What would a college room be without one of there? To bad it's hard to read.

Micro Waved CD's

This is what happens to micro waved CD's, It's pretty cool to watch too. The microwave seems to work just as good as it did before.
