After bugging everyone I could including Roland Kunz, Cary, and Warren, I came up with this list of items that are required for the conversion. Assuming that you have the 3.2, DME and DME Harness. My motor was from an '89.
1. '84-'86 Flywheel and Ring Gear
2. '89 Ignition Coil
3. '89 Fuel pump with end cap and copper sealing washers
4. Part number 964

5. '89 Fuel Filter
6. '84-'86 Pilot Bearing
7. '89 DME Relay
8. 150 lb Oil Pressure Sender Unit
9. Oil Temp Sender Unit (varies depending on gauge)
10. Flywheel bolts (9)
11. Engine Mounting bolts (2) (In engine compartment that go through
cross member)
12. Exhaust Gaskets (2) (I retained the SSIs from the 2.7)
13. Heat Exchanger gaskets (6)
14. '77 CV gaskets (2)
15. CV grease
16. 16 Blue butt end wire connectors
17. 54 inches of 12 gauge wire
18. Part number 901.105.361.01 (2 needed)
19. Part number 911.099.103.52 (24 needed)
These items were included as a result of the "while you are in there" syndrome.

2. '77 Clutch Plate (Not rubber center)
